From the moment I watched my first photo emerge in the red light of my brother's darkroom in our basement I was captivated by the idea that a single frame could reveal a moment in time and place. 

 

My love of capturing images led me into the world of film and television as a Local 600 Camera Assistant, first in New York and then Los Angeles. The years spent on set have given me an extraordinary education, from how to work with everyone from a-list actors and directors to finding a family amongst the crew. I have had the honor of working with some of the best visual storytellers in the film industry who continue to inspire me. It is this experience that I now build on and use as a still photographer.

 

Originally from New Zealand, I have lived and traveled to many cities around the world. My work has taken me to locations as far away as India . My own personal travels around the globe have influenced how I see and what I hope to bring to the world with my photos. 

 

What I am most interested in is capturing and sharing the narrative that brings you into the world within the image, whether it is on set, on location or one of my far off adventures.
